How do I sign up for the CLUB T180® program?

Signing up is easy! To create an account, enter your name, email, and
password. It’s free to join, and you will automatically be signed up to
receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all T180
PROFESSIONAL® news and updates.

I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

All customers with an active account are automatically enrolled in our
rewards program.

Will I receive points for purchases I made before creating my CLUB T180® account?

You will receive points for any purchases placed after December 1 st ,
2023. We’re holding your points for you, so you must create a CLUB
T180® account with the same email address you used to check out as
a guest to access those points.

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

Sign-up is 100% free, and there is no cost to begin earning points.

How do I redeem my points?

Log in to your account and use the dropdown at checkout to redeem
your points.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

That’s the best part about being a Club T180® member: you will
always be able to earn more points by shopping with us and engaging
with our brand.

Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Orders can only be returned if the packaging is damaged, and
products deemed unusable. You can return your order but will not be
refunded the points you redeemed from the CLUB T180® discount.
The points you might earn from what you spent on the purchase post-
discount will also be adjusted to reflect how much you spent post-
return. For example, if you use a $20 coupon (that you traded 200
points for) towards a $150 purchase that you decide to return, the $130
balance charged to your payment method will be refunded on your
credit card, but the 130 points that you earned would be deducted. The
200 points you traded for the $20 discount will not be returned.

How can I get a birthday reward?

Add your birthday under ways to earn points on the CLUB T180®
page. We will add 100 birthday bonus points directly to your CLUB
T180® account on your birthday!

How does the anniversary reward work?

When you join CLUB T180®, you’ll get 25 points for “Creating an Account.” We’ll automatically add 100 Anniversary points to your CLUB T180® account annually after that.

I should have earned points for a purchase/incentive but didn’t see my account balance change. Did I get credit?

You work hard to earn points, and we want you to feel confident that all
your points are in your account.  The first thing to note is that there
may be a delay in our system’s communication, and points could take
minutes to several hours to appear in your account.  However, if you
feel like you have earned points, but they are not showing up in your
account, you can also troubleshoot it by doing the following:

1. Refresh your browser.
2. Log out and then back into your account.
3. Check your history in your CLUB T180® account to see if the points
were added.
Your ‘CLUB T180® history’ will show you the number of points earned,
how and when they were acquired, and any redemptions of points
made on your account. If you still feel like your points balance is
inaccurate, contact our team at clubT180@t180professional.com, and
they will be happy to assist you.

What are the advantages of becoming a CLUB T180® member?

CLUB T180® members receive reward points for each purchase,
which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases. You
also earn points for sharing with friends, following us on social media,
leaving product reviews, bonus points on your birthday, and so much
more!

Where can I find my CLUB T180® account info?

You can access all your info by logging in and visiting our  CLUB
T180® page.

What if I have multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?

Contact customer service by emailing clubT180@t180professional.com, and our team will gladly assist you with merging your accounts.

Can reward points be used with other promotional discounts?

Rewards points cannot be used with other promotional discounts when
placing an order.

How do points convert to dollars?

As an example, 100 points equals $10.00.

Is there a limit to how many CLUB T180® points I can use per order?

The limit for reward redemption for each order is 500 points/$50.

Do CLUB T180® points ever expire?

CLUB T180® points will expire 12 months after they are earned.

I signed up for the Birthday Bonus but didn’t receive it.

We’re glad you chose to celebrate with CLUB T180®.  To receive your
birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register at least 60 days
before your birthday.  If your birthday falls between the day, you
registered and the 60-day waiting period afterward, you will receive
your birthday bonus 60 days after your registration.  This delay is only
applicable for the first year that you signed up.  All successive birthday
bonuses will be posted directly to your account on your birthday.  If you
register your birthday through your CLUB T180® account any time
after it has passed in the current calendar year, CLUB T180® points
will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the
following year.  If it has been more than 30 days since your birthday
and you still have not received the additional points in your account,
please get in touch with clubT180@t180professional.com, and we will
be happy to assist you.

How do I redeem my CLUB T180® points at checkout?

To redeem your points at checkout, use the dropdown to choose the
