By making or accepting a Submission, you warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• That you are the parent or guardian of any minors depicted in the Submission
• That you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the Submission and all elements thereof.
• You also warrant that you have permission from any third parties depicted in the Submission to use their names, images, likenesses, and any other materials.
• That your Submission does not infringe or violate the rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity/privacy, patent, trade secret, or confidentiality obligations.

You agree that T180 PROFESSIONAL^® is not liable for any use of all or any portion of a Submission and that T180 PROFESSIONAL^® is not responsible for such use. You consent to indemnify and hold harmless T180 PROFESSIONAL^® and each of its officers, directors, employees, agents, assigns, licensees, and successors from any claims, demands, or causes of action (collectively “claims”) that you or your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or other people acting on your behalf or behalf of your estate have or may have, whether now or in the future, relating to the use of your Submission, including any claims that T180 PROFESSIONAL^® is liable. T180 PROFESSIONAL^® maintains the right, in its sole discretion, to edit any Submission and decide whether to publish it on its website or in other materials where it could appear, reject it, or remove it altogether.
