Shipping & Handling Policy

Please note that our third-party shipping companies operate Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

All orders for JRP Global Health & Beauty™ (JRP Global) processed and received before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays, will be processed, and shipped on the following Monday or first business day after a Holiday. Shipping rates are non-negotiable and are calculated based on the total weight of your package, the distance the package is traveling and the specified service method.

Please note our fulfillment house is closed on the following Holidays (New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day). Holidays that fall on a Saturday will be observed on Friday before, Holidays that fall on a Sunday will be observed on Monday. If your order is received on a Friday of a Holiday Weekend, it will be shipped the following business day when the fulfillment house reopens for business.


Return Policy

At JRP Global Health & Beauty™, we stand behind our products and want you to love and enjoy them as much as we do. Therefore, for those retail customers that purchase directly from JRP Global Health & Beauty™ online, if the packaging is damaged in any way and deemed unusable, please notify us immediately within (5) five days of delivery via email or by phone.  However, because of the nature of the product (cosmetic) and the current World Health Crisis with COVID-19 and its variants, we will not be offering refunds at this time.


How to Return Salon/Wholesale/Distributor Items

With our salon/wholesale/distributor clients, please do not hesitate to contact your individual JRP Global Health & Beauty™ consultant within (3) three business days of delivery to resolve any issues that have arisen so we can analyze and resolve their problems in a timely and effective matter. In the case of refund, follow the instructions below: 

1. Your returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation email.

2. The item(s) being returned must be unopened and unused to qualify for a refund.

3. Shipping costs paid on your order will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the merchandise for a refund.

4. Purchases will be refunded to the original credit card or bank account used to place the original order. For your security, there are no exceptions to this policy.
